We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund of the merchandise. All refunds and exchanges requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.

We want your order to be just right! Please carefully review your information, color, size, quantities, etc. before submitting your order. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately picked and processed for shipping. Please note: reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for any reason.

We do our best to guarantee your products will arrive on time, but due to unexpected circumstances beyond our control there might be a slight delay in delivery of your order. If we miss our guarantee, we will refund your shipping and handling fees after we confirm that your package has not arrived on time. Understandably, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect OnoHughes,com or any of our carriers. Ono Hughes will not be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the item(s).  We recommend that you have tracking number on the package. All return items sent back to our distribution centre will be refunded in the form of a credit being applied to the same credit card that the purchase was initially made with.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging. Your return item must have the receipt, order number or other proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount if days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
